The server stops
A check every 60 seconds from our probes. We confirm a failure twice before we wake you, so a dropped packet isn't an incident.
The certificate expires
Every HTTPS check reads the certificate too. You get warned at 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days — not by a customer seeing a browser warning.
The domain lapses
We read the registry directly. If a client's domain renewal is coming up, you know a month ahead, while it's still cheap to fix.
The page changes
Point us at a page, or one element on it. If the text changes — a defacement, a bad deploy, a wiped section — you hear about it.
Made for the retainer
